i saw there is a new merchant hall being built. I'm curious - is it already planned completely? Maybe there is a way i can help with it?

If its still ongoing (havent jumped on the server yet today), the way you can help is sell some Quartz at the Government Store to contribute.  As for design, I think a few moderators are mashing heads together to come up with a beautiful building.  The old Visitor's Center was torn down because of the new spawn being activated soon (I don't have an exact date).

i would, but government purchasing isn't buying quartz. i have over 2000 blocks of quartz in my shop, though ;)

I've corrected that. Apologies. The Government Shop is now purchasing Quartz blocks for 2.30 shillings each.

I was looking to buy a shop in the new merchant hall I have a huge farm and nobody to sell the stuff to. I am on almost every day and I have a lot of good things to sell. I know I'm not a donor or anything, but I have always wanted a shop in spawn. I don't know how much it costs but I have the shillings. Thanks!
