New Market is pleased to announce that airships may now dock at the corner towers of the market! 

A number of airships have docked at Exodus and docking space there is dwindling.  So New Market is offering an alternative (and you can save the 2000 shilling monthly dock fee!). 

There is already one request pending for a blimp to Drachenreich, but there are spaces available for up to 3 more blimps or 6 more balloons.

Also there is still dock space available for a sailing ship in New Market's harbor.

Here's how it works:  a player who wants to dock at New Market contacts me either by this thread or in game.  They tell me which tower they would like to dock to and affirm that they have the 50k portal fee in their account.  Once I have acknowledged their request, they post  their design for approval on the Portal Ship Request topic and approval follows the normal process.  I'll create a sub-claim at the tower that will be big enough for their design and give build trust in that sub-claim to the player or their designated builder.  After both ships are built and the portal is activated, build trust will be turned off and the airship becomes a permanent part of New Market.

The only restriction that I will place on the deal is that once construction begins on the ship at New Market it must be complete within 30 days.

If the portal is ever de-activated by staff and the ship at the other end removed, I would certainly like to make that space available to other players, but I don't think that is a frequent occurrence.
