1k is probably not going to entice anyone for such a project but best of luck. One request I ask is if you're going to start this project to finish it before starting a new one. The server is full of 'cities' that were abandoned before they even got started.

I would also encourage some serious thought on whether the area needs to be completely flattened.  A 200x200x square of flat land is pretty big scar on the landscape, while it might be easier to work with flat land, I honestly have never found it very appealing or realistic.  If you're able, please try looking at whether you might be able to get by flattening only certain areas, but leaving the topography mostly intact.  I can almost guarantee that it will work better for you, and result in a prettier city.
