Ahem. Dear inhabitants of Guslandia. We are being threatened by hippies who say they will blow up the place if we do not tear it down ourselves. To all still with a place here, meatbawllz, frelling and xeried come in mind, please evacuate your property and apply for refunds on your land. Take everything you can with you before the hippies get us. They're bringing guns.

In all seriousness, as contribution to the MVPP project, I am demolishing Guslandia, though I might keep the monuments, and moving the residence elsewhere to serve as a fort. All who still own land there are welcome to take their items and materials and request refunds for plots, and in xeried's case shops, in this topic. Plots will be refunded at their original prices of 1000 per small plot. In frelling's case I'm afraid I need ownership of the subzone as well.

When is our deadline? I'll remove my good stuff when i get a chance. Mainly wool. My suburban pool house hasn't been used much anyways

Are you removing the res too?

As far as the trainstation, you'll be responsible for removing any signage that has Guslandia and closing off your train station for a clean look. Or are you leaving a little monument there? If so maybe you can leave the train station and add some lore of the history of Guslandia.

No rush, I got over a week before I know where to go, and after that comes preparing and mathing first, and demolition.

I am renaming and moving the residence elsewhere, resizing the areas to cover a Fort.

As for the trainstation, I am considering protecting it with another residence, which may also protect the monuments, and set up the spot for a special MVPP contribution. But before I expose what that is, I need Council approval.
