Glacia town idea | Cities & Towns | Forum

Im planning to make a town on an ice cap called Glacia. It will mainly be made of snow/ice and this creates a problem 1: Ive already used all my gold on getting ice and i still need alot more. I will make a wall showing any people who donate ice or snow (plz donate ice it is alot harder to get than snow). Now i have already started the project and i have a few designs ready i would also very much like donation of $  i also would ask if i could make a portal submarine or air ship due to im on an ice cap and portal ships wont work so good...  also when the town gets a good res going ill sell Condos 500$ each and a pre-made (like everything will be) house will cost 800 i would also ask if possible i could get an embassie later (if the town is a succes) and by the looks of it spawn is getting very full... and i thank you all for listening about my city idea
