i recently created a small town called devilvill. its location is -2931,65,-2044. a 10x14 plot is 300. a 10x7 plot is 200. a 5x10 plot is 100. and a 19x10 fully built house costs 600. leave a msg here or msg me in game if your interisted.

How high/deep are these plots? Are they actively residence-limited or can one freely build as high and deep as they want?
How would one get to this place, do you have any intent to get a portal there?
Are there any community buildings or is it just a place to get a place?

i want to get a portal there but does it cost anything and is there nonportal ship portals? it is 6 blocks high. u cant dig below the floor. there is no community building but im planning on expanding. but atm i left coordinates to get there. thank you

i found this 1 witch had plots and was considerbly smaller. so i chose the 1 that said any1 can take it and than i have room to expand. so i am only using this 1
