he repeditly spammed up the chat with his argueing, and killed my cat, and he cursed many times during his argueing. not to mension he did not listen to the many times we said to stop.

One: I did not spam the chat 1 time.
Two: I killed the cat on accident.
Three: I censored my cuss words like this: ****. They could have been any word. But yes, I admit to cussing.
Not to mention, we were spleefing when it happened, I was lagging alot.
He brought his cat with him, and I told him to take it back home. He said that he could not. One of the rounds, his cat fell down and hurt itself, but it did not die. I PURPOSELY hit the cat once, cause it was in my way, assuming that it wouldn't die from 1 hit.
After that, he THREATENED to get me banned, he said:
"get me atleast 20 fish or get banned"
Or something close to that. He kept saying that.
I told him that I was not going to waste MY PERSONAL TIME to be his slave and fish for him.
They call an accident griefing, if that's what you call it, then I don't even want to be around this server anymore.
Keep in mind: He could have not been lazy and taken his cat home when spleefing and PVPing.
If this server's staff have any common sense, I probably won't be banned from this.
Side note to lilmack: Some people where asking me to forgive you, but I dont forgive people like you.

I can verify what lilmack96 said. Lucid_Lynx killed his cat because lilmack96 would not leave the area. (Spl arena). He now claims it was a accident but clearly stated earlier if lilmack96 did not leave he would kill his cat. Here are some screens of " some of " the chat. After lilmack96 left.
This went on for awhile even after lilmack96 left the game. Spamming chat. Arguing. Etc

third i was pvping after you killed my cat
fourth i said 10 fish to replace the cat
fith you cant tp while spleefing, and u did kill my cat right after the game

Sibbit, It had nothing to do with HIM leaving the game. I told him to take his cat home, because it was getting in the way.
That's not exactly "spamming".
Spamming would be sending preset messages over, over, over, and over again untill they felt like stopping.
I never spammed at all.
We also did take it into a party, but lilmack left the party.

1: Thats not spam. Its making points, very valid ones too. If you read my last post, you would know the definition of spamming.
2: I did NOT kill the cat intensionally. Your cat fell down into that hole, and then TP'd back up. I hit it so it would get out of my way.
3: You were indeed PVPing after I killed the cat, but whats that have to do with anything?
4: You said 20 before. Then you lowered it.
5: You could have done it in between all those rounds that we did, we did atleast 5.

Ok so lets clarify ... You told him to do something and he didnt do it. So you killed his cat. Thats Griefing part D.
No Griefing
Griefing includes: (A) Breaking; (B) Flaming; (C) Lava Dumping; (D) Otherwise modifying structures or items that do not belong to you; (E) Placing blocks on or immediately near things that other people have built (F) Stealing or “borrowing without permission”
You state you did not cuss at all but yet my screens seem to say otherwise.
You state you did not spam chat yet you and classic where flooding chat. That would be spamming. Many of us told you to take it private. You didnt. That was your choice.
Im not going to argue with you. Its the simple facts.

2: The griefing rules say nothing about animals and/or mobs. A cat is not an item, or a structure. It is NOT griefing.
3: We DID talk in private, but the other two people left (classic/lilmack) the party chat. Not my fault.
4: It wasn't JUST me, classic, and lilmack. Other people decided to give their two cents as well. So doesnt that make them a culprit too?

1: You and classic both were saying that.
2: What "damages" are there? Your broken heart for a pixel cat?
3: What did you want me to do, resurrect the thing?
4: As once again, read my last few posts before making another.
Spamming/Flooding = using mods to send messages rapidly.
This is my last post on this topic as well. I'm not wasting my time on something as silly as this.
@Emulated or whatever moderator/administrator is reading this: Just get it over with already. Either do nothing or punish me. Your decision.

Lucid, one point you seem to be missing is how hard it is to get a cat in the first place. Making a request for 10 or even 20 fish seem quite reasonable. Also the fact is, all of your points are I statements, meaning they sound like strong points but lack any evidance. Sib it and Mack have each other as witnesses and have pics of the conflict. Maybe you could get some of the people who were on to vouch for you. That would increase you standings on this issue rather than only having what you SAY as evedance

Alright folks, this has gone on long enough. Unfortunately I'm at work so I can't get on to deal with this, however I'm sure another Admin will be along shortly. Those who have something new, insightful, and relevant may still post - but be warned that if you post just to inject your opinion into the situation you're going to find out how little patience I have for these sorts of squabbles.
If the situation isn't resolved by the time I get home then I'll be more then glad to spend some time with those involved and figure this out, however I'm going to ask all of you to drop it unless a Moderator is present.

Enough Posts in this Topic. Gunner your post was not needed. 1 Post with screen shots is what is needed here. that is it that is all. I pity the mod that now has to go thru all of these posts and try and find the information on the issue, Mack I will give you 10 stacks of fish in game to recover your loss as Lucid is apart of MY village, this topic should have no further discussion on it unless it is a mod.

I am not home right now to make the decision either, but I can tell you the forums are not for this. You do not argue in the forums like this, guys, you have to keep it to private chat. In game, you do not argue in public chat, but you keep it to a private chat as well.
EDIT: Nevermind, I will just be deleting the posts if someone makes another one that is not needed. I agree with Tony that some more actual info would be nice.
EDIT 2: Almost forgot. Thanks for the help Sibbit and Datonis.
