I don't actually want these two banned. They were just trying to get by the wall - but they've each dug holes and failed to patch them once they passed. I know this issue will come with the wall not yet being residenced, but they're still accountable for their actions that are clearly outlined as against the rules.

We're leaving all of the damage as is until we're done our Capitol building and have time to residence the whole area.
