Months ago, gunnerling set up a small spot near some mobspawners, caging them in and placing some chests there. A few months ago, he unresidenced the chests since he didn't use the place anymore, but I got permission from him to use the supplies there.

Today I hopped back and found out that one of the spawners, still sealed off so players can get in and out but mobs can't get out, had been demolished. Furthermore, the chests had been emptied out and destroyed. Now the spawner was unresidenced and not built, so free game though despicable, but the chests and their contents belonged to gunnerling and I.
