Although he's already been banned within the timeframe of the previous ban, the previous ban only notes stealing.  He has been caught with lb for griefing as well (specifically the redstone work on Maki's lighthouse), leading up to this ban.  As always, you can make your case with a ban appeal and we will evaluate the issue at hand.

Well the griefing was made the same time as his theft, yet he was only caught for one of the offenses before.  This thread will now be locked.
