I'll leave the decision to his actions up to the judges of this server, but here is the case as I know it:

Pherian (the plaintiff) discovered and utilized a Undead Humanoid With Flesh Materializer (henceforth known as a "Zombie Spawner") in the time before time, meaning, when he first logged onto the server.

The discovery of said "Zombie Spawner" aided Pherian in determining where to build his town (Baywalk). The "Zombie Spawner" supplied plenty of shillings and zombie meat over the years, giving Pherian ample wealth, experience, and a horrible complexion from consuming the meats.

Pherian never residenced said "Zombie Spawner". The reasons for his decision not to residence it are varied, but the fact remains that he understood it was in danger if discovered. He accepts that.

The accused (pianoboy99) destroyed said "Zombie Spawner" on 9-18-2012. This evidence can be obtained by the utilization of smacking the dirtblock which now stands where the "Zombie Spawner" used to stand with a wooden shovel, or "Log Blocking" it. WallyBean performed such a "LogBlock" on 12-10-2012 for Pherian. Pianoboy99 is the listed culprit.

Judgement will be left to the server gods as to what, if anything, should happen to Pianoboy99. At the very least, Pherian will have a discussion with the lad and ask him to leave the area of Baywalk. He does not trust Pianoboy99, and believes that there was no reasonable reason to destroy a perfectly good and well-housed "Zombie Spawner" in the first place.
