Yes, I realize this is for a 3rd time. I am banning him in light of all the thefts he seems to have committed in his time here. On top of what he was previously banned for, he has stolen several things from Le Fay, and stolen diamonds and tools from Musical_Note as well. Secondly, he does not seem to have realized the extent of his actions judging by his last ban appeal. We do not need someone on this server who makes a habit of kleptomania.

There is absolutely NO chance of an appeal from this, as this is the 3rd time he has been banned and, frankly, shouldn't have even been unbanned after his second ban. I have screenshots if needed.
