So for whatever reason PVP was enabled at spawn outside of the PVP arena so I said that whoever kills someone else will be temp banned for a day.  Bellzemos did not listen and thus the temp ban.  Not sure if this was the proper work around but I set the residence pvp flag to false at spawn which stopped the pvp.  If there was another work around, staff, feel free to PM me or start a topic in the admin forums.
