I'd like to apologize for that, and as soon as possible I will pay that 20$ (Even if i'm not unbanned) The reason for this is because I didn't add funds to my paypal account.Not really an appeal, but....

Insufficient funds is different than a chargeback. A chargeback is when you call your credit card company to tell them to reverse a charge that has ALREADY been made. This is the email we received 3 times, from 3 different transactions ($10, $5, $5)
We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on Jun 24,
2013.The buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use
the credit card. Their credit card issuer needs additional information from
you about this transaction.
So either you are lying completely about how you reversed the charge or you used someone else's credit card who truly didn't approve of the transactions. The only way to rectify this is to come clean with the truth and either cancel the chargebacks, or send a payment via a different method to VC by money order (no checks) to:

Due to the fact the chargeback wasnt' canceled by you, we were assessed a $20 fee per chargeback. So now you've cost us $60 in addition to the $20 charged back. If you ever wanted to be settled up you'd need to send a money order for $80. Thanks for the hassle.

Received a $40 money order, which is a good start. Please let me know if and when you intend to settle up the rest. I have no problem unbanning you once the debt is settled up.
