bumping is not required since Bonzai728[SM] was the second person to respond the the ban appeal, and he chose at the time not lift the ban. Friend or foe: I'm going to leave this up to meat, frelling, or another [SM] to make a further decision on.

Ban appeal granted. Hopefully Theador can learn from his mistakes and realize that taking from someone else's chests without permission, no matter the reason, is theft.

Theador has been gone over six months, so I doubt he will return in any case.
