So this is supposedly a second-hand account, and the original joshineter (who was banned) put this account up for sale.  You purchased it, and now want to play on the server he had been banned from?

As far as I'm concerned, this falls into the same category as "my little brother did it:"  YOU are responsible for your account, even for activities done by others.  

Purchasing a second-hand account is not only illegal (only Mojang can sell MC accounts), but it does not absolve the account of joshineter from the actions that caused it to be banned.  When you purchased that account you inherited all the bans that came with that account.

Let me put it this way: if you bought a used car, and then only after buying it found out that it had bad brakes, you couldn't go  into a repair place and say that you should have free brakes because you wanted a new car and not a used one.

Right now, I'm denying this appeal based on the available information.  Other staff can override if they see reason.

I would recommend, "joshineter," that if you wish to play on VC with your friends, that you purchase a legitimate and new account from Mojang at http://www.minecraft.net.

On a side note (and completely irrelevant to the denial), I don't believe for one second that you're a new joshineter, because a sold MC account would not include his VC forum account!
