Back at it again with the ban appeals,

Only this time, it was wrongful and not my fault.

I can't actually find the ban report as it may have been deleted but anyways.

This happened a couple years ago after my, what 4th unban I think? all my fault, I admit. I had been mining, as I do with a effic, unbreaking pick and some sort of a silk touch pick along level 12 in a straight line. I would turn every time I hit dirt or water or something I couldn't easily run through with my pick. So after being down in the mines for a while, an hour or so I would have to guess I /home'd back to my island where I lived with EhvsOi, Matyve, Ihaveacow and Amaverwin and I think that's it. I laid the diamond ore out on the ground and then proceeded to break it all up in superbreaker with a fortune pick. From what I remember it was around a stack of diamond ore, i've done this countless times without any problems. And before I go any further I don't generally mine with torches as the brightness on my MC and screen is enough to see, with difficulty but nonetheless able to mine in a straight line. Anyways, after I stored my stack or two of diamonds in my chests I got a PM from Themackfather, It just said "Hey", I checked and he was poofed/invisible and I remember thinking "This can't be good". I figured i'd at least get a chance to explain myself but then I ended up receiving a ban message that said I had been banned for using X-Ray. Now, I have used X-Ray in the past and it had served as one of my prior bans and I learned my lesson although I was still accused of it. Now as if this wasn't bad enough Axy/TMF proceeded to ban everyone that lived on my island for X-Ray, EhvsOi and Amaverwin both being Bishop rank donators and ihaveacow had barely been on the island for 5 minutes as we had just gotten him on the server that day. I then checked a couple minutes later and Axy had posted ban reports for each and every one of us for the reason being "xray". I made a ban appeal stating this which looks like it also disappeared which nobody had responded to and even sent a PM via forum to Emulated and got no reply back. I then just gave up being nobody seemed to want to look into a JM banning an island full of people for xray.

It's been years and I guess the servers not looking to good but it would be nice to come back and see what there is to explore now plus those thousands of hours of MCMMO farming just sitting there.

I'm assuming LWK will be the one to reply to this if not Isly, but know that this ban was 100% not my fault and I will swear up and down that I have not touched X-Ray since the day Sibbit caught be years ago.

VC was the only Minecraft server I ever really got into as it had the best community in a game that i've ever come across, trying to find another server was such a daunting task that I just ended up giving up in the end.

It's been a bit of time since the night 6 friends and I jumped on some random server that one of us had found back in the early stages of MC Beta 1.8

Anyways if you decide to let be back, i'll happily play again but if not just know that I did not slander the chance that I was given to come back by something as dumb as using X-Ray.

I check in every couple months just to see how the servers doing and have after all these years.

I was not the staff who banned you, nor are the staff who did here anymore. But from my research, it was NOT X-Ray that got you banned the final time

There was an X-Ray incident, but it appears that was a misunderstanding, and was not why you were banned. That is why there is not a report on those bans....the mistake was rectified and their bans were reversed.

You, however, were banned for griefing:

This was your most recent ban, which was never repealed. As you see, we keep everything. Reports are not deleted. We have to keep it all so we can reference it later, like right now.

Which we did give you, and which led to another ban and our regret.

Regardless, after all this time much is forgivable, if the appeal is done properly. But nothing in your above post leads me to believe that we won't regret it again if you were to be unbanned. You're three years older, but rather than accept responsibility for the repeated rule breaking you obviously did not learn from and be humble and courteous in your appeal, you have chosen to be confrontational and adversarial. I read the above post as "you were wrong, let me back on," which ALL evidence of your previous bans begs to the contrary.

Appeal denied, obviously. It sounds like VeteranCraft still isn't the place for you.
