I was given 0 reason for why my appeal was declined. I'd appreciate a statement from an Administrator, rather than "Declined" from another moderator and have the topic locked. I've done nothing wrong within the server and was just trying to help out another player. So instead of saying "declined" I'd rather have a reasonable statement to why I deserved to be banned. Thank you.

In your first appeal you claim you were defending another player's rights, and were banned for expressing your basic freedom of speech. Ignoring the sense of entitlement here, it needs to be made clear that on VeteranCraft you have privileges. Privileges that may be rescinded at any time for any reason. Obviously to fit this into a business model we always do our best to be fair when making decisions, taking player concerns into consideration, however it still remains as fact.

I've taken the time to review the incident twice now. You tell another player to ignore staff direction because you feel your interpretation of the rules is more correct. You belittle the member of staff's authority, and insinuate that they lack basic reading comprehension skills. If placed in a similar situation with a player who is resistant to discussion, offensive, confrontational, and insistent on disregarding staff direction I am confident that any of our members of staff would remove the player.

Governing Law
We pride ourselves on being fair and reasonable, but you need to understand that VeteranCraft is not a democracy. This applies to members and staffers alike. VeteranCraft reserves the right to change its policies, rules, and resources. The rules are laid down by Meatballwz and Frelling; and, staffers are appropriately trained to enforce them. Players are expected to follow staffers’ directions and instructions implicitly and respond with their fullest cooperation and politeness. Don’t bother arguing your interpretation of the rules, vision, or concept of fairness with staffers, as this may get you banned.

I wish you the best of luck in future finding a Minecraft community that is more in sync with your personality, however between the incident in-game and the way you present yourself when posting an appeal it has become abundantly clear you are not a good fit for VeteranCraft.

After having read the logs, I was going to post a more terse reply than that of Emulated, but he hit all the key points making my job a lot easier. Ruling stands.
