I was banned for using a fly mod in the rail system.
In the trials it said that you only have to uninstall the mod to get back into the server, which I did.
Fundude1 is my friend not a ALT account.

That is not what is said in the trials:
This means you should take it off IMMEDIATELY because using it will get you banned, not "if we catch you using it, just take it off."
As you have shown no remorse for breaking our rules, your appeal is denied.
As for your "friend," he's using the same IP address as you. If it wasn't an Alternate, he'll have to make his case in his own appeal.
I hope you find another server more suited to your play style. Thread Closed.
