Emulated, the problem is, you don't know my personality. My intention was not to "belittle" the staff member, rather, show that rather than enforce the "ban-hammer" power method, he should read the rules himself, so that he can provide information to the player. Rather, he did nothing to provide information or give his time in understanding his situation. Rather, he felt it was his place to show his authority in his own belittling manner. So perhaps, it's not my "personality" that brought the situation up, it's the staff's misconceptions of his own role of the server.

By enforcing the banning that was presented, I sense that you encourage that it's right to enforce power by banning, rather than a simple talk. However, the situation led to two unfair bans on people. Staff direction isn't always the right way to do things, and for Axymoron to impose that Flamekiller123 should read the building rules before he gets banned. Rather, he couldn't say, "Flamekiller, I was looking over your building and I see this issue with it, and I'd like to discuss it with you so we may fix the problems that I see so that you may not be as person to be banned for such and such reasons." I don't think that enforcing the way that things were handled were appropriate in any kind of manner. I am not a disrespectful person to those who do not disrespect other people.

When I posted my appeal, I posted it because to me, it is not right to enforce power, with any sort of settlement or talk beforehand. Rather, you choose to insult my personality based on me trying to stand up for myself and another player based on how I feel it was dealt incorrectly. However, you insist to disregard the problem and lock the topics rather than discussing the problem at hand. If I come off as a person who does not "listen" or "respect" rules, you'd be very wrong. The whole issue of the case is that there was a misinterpretation of the rules between the staff member and the player. When I read the rule, I thought it was very ignorant for a staff member to threaten a ban on a player who didn't see his building as a problem and asked the staff member what to do. Instead of showing the player the rules, he banned him and I. Me, for trying to defend the player against Staff's disrespecting belittling of another player when he chose not to handle himself in a "business model" manner. I'm sorry that we disagree about the problem, and you think that my personality seems to be the problem. But if you asked people in game, I've said nothing, have done nothing wrong before this problem. I'd appreciate to hear from Frelling or Meatbawllz on the topic, so that I do not feel that my ban appeal is disregarded based on my "personality" alone. Rather, I'd like to see what I actually did other than try and defend another player because a staff member misused his power, and talk about the issues. I have no intention of stirring up problems, I just want to my side heard, as well as Flamekiller123, even though we aren't known people within the server, or part of the staff.

I have read posts and log transcripts regarding this matter. Frankly, offering advice to another player to ignore and not heed the direction of staff, offering up your own interpretation of our rules that have mostly remained unchanged for 3 years and insinuating that staff is unfamiliar with such doesn't garner you any favors. Had I been in Axy's shoes, I would have probably given you an opportunity to dig yourself a bit deeper into the hole before finding yourself on the business end of the Ban Hammer. Axymoron's action were well within our guidelines. Had you chosen to bring this issue up for question in the forums, your day would have probably gone much better.
