It's set up on the actual Vote page - no idea why it isn't appearing in the drop down menu. Not sure if there is a limit as to how many subs can appear.

It's in the vote list if you click on the Vote page. I tried adding it to the drop down menu but I think there is a limit on how many items can be displayed. I tried something else and everything went sideways, messing up the whole site layout. Until Meat is back and can take a crack at it, it will only be found by clicking the "Vote" word itself.
